1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Testpartout, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What Testpartout currently provides

Testpartout is a browser-based testing site for human performance measurements such as reaction time, typing speed, click speed, visual memory, sequence memory and aim accuracy. The tests run locally in your browser.

The service currently requires no account and does not store test results on a server. Personal bests, where available, are kept in your browser's local storage on your own device.

3. Measurements and their limitations

All measurements are produced by your browser using standard web APIs such as performance.now(). They depend on your device, operating system, browser, input hardware, refresh rate, background processes and network conditions.

Results are not laboratory-grade, clinical, medical or universally comparable. They are intended for personal reference and entertainment only. Do not use them to diagnose, treat or monitor any health condition, and do not rely on them for competitive or employment decisions.

4. Your responsibility when interpreting results

You are responsible for how you interpret and act on your results. Testpartout provides numbers and explanatory content, but it cannot know your environment, physical state or purpose. Treat results as informal self-measurements, not authoritative scores.

5. Service availability and changes

Testpartout is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, any test or any page at any time, without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, browser updates or third-party infrastructure issues may affect availability or behaviour.

6. Intellectual property and site content

The content, design, code, test implementations and written materials on this site belong to Testpartout or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse-engineer the code or content without permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

abuse, harass, disrupt or damage the service or its infrastructure;
launch automated attacks, excessive requests, or attempts to overwhelm the site;
scrape or crawl the site in a way that harms service availability or performance;
interfere with the site's scripts, measurements, security or other users;
use the site for any unlawful purpose.

We may restrict access if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken.

8. Third-party infrastructure

The site is served through hosting infrastructure that may process technical request data — such as IP addresses and request logs — as necessary to deliver pages to your browser. Testpartout does not control that infrastructure's internal logs.

9. Changes to these terms or the service

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Testpartout after changes means you accept the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
